Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL) on Monday reported its third-quarter profit for the financial year 2023-24 at Rs 1261.40 crore, up 9.2% as against Rs 1155.19 crore during the third quarter of FY23. It posted revenue from operations at Rs 6061.28 crore, up 7% compared to Rs 5665.54 crore during the same period last year.
Reliance Industries
With a market cap of Rs 15.6 trillion, Reliance Industries (RIL) topped the chart of the most valuable Indian companies in 2023, for the third year in a row, closely followed by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).
GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals
GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals, the Indian unit of the UK’s GSK, reported a 3% fall in third-quarter profit on Monday, hurt by the government’s pricing cap on certain medicines. Consolidated profit before exceptional items and tax for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was 2.29 billion rupees ($27.6 million), compared with 2.36 billion rupees a year earlier.
NHPC
NHPC Ltd on Monday reported its third-quarter profit for the financial year 2023-24 at Rs 491.90 crore, down 26.8% in comparison to Rs 671.67 crore during the corresponding quarter of the previous year. It posted revenue from operations at Rs 2,055.50 crore, up 20.4% as against Rs 2,582.76 crore during the quarter ended December 2022.
Signature Global
Signature Global has acquired 20 acres of land in Gurugram for developing a housing project having a revenue potential of Rs 4,500 crore. The company has entered into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) with a landlord for the 20.32 acres of land in Gurugram, Haryana. The total development potential on this land is 28.4 lakh square feet of residential space.
Krsnaa Diagnostics
The company’s board has approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company named Krsnaa Retail Private Limited. The incorporation of the wholly-owned subsidiary will leverage the growth opportunities in the B2C segment, according to an exchange filing.
Adani Total Gas
ICRA Limited has given a long-term rating of [ICRA] AA- and has changed the outlook to “STABLE” from negative to the company. ICRA has also given the short-term rating of [ICRA] A1+, said the company in an exchange filing.

An arbitrator has issued an award against the company to pay an amount of Rs 1,073.2 crore plus interest. The arbitration matter was initiated by a claimant in 2005 against the company.
